Inbar is an innovative school program designed to empower girls to realize their full potential, excel academically, socially, and ethically, and achieve personal success.

As a secular public program, Inbar creates a space where girls have equal opportunities to grow into confident, influential women who articulate their opinions clearly and lead their lives with self-assurance.

Inbar aims to build a community of students, educators, and families who view education as a tool for social change, fostering social sensitivity and solidarity. We believe that mutual support and partnership are key to building self-confidence, courage, academic achievements, and the ability to set meaningful life goals.

Educational Vision

Inbar’s educational vision is implemented through a pedagogical approach that incorporates gender awareness as an educational tool. This perspective is embedded in all aspects of school life—formal and informal, visible and invisible.

The Gender-Pedagogical Approach

Inbar’s approach draws on innovative teaching and learning practices proven effective worldwide. These practices aim to help students overcome gender-related barriers and reach their full potential. The program is based on pedagogical principles translated into unique practices, including:

  • Physical Intelligence
  • Sisterhood and Community
  • Leadership
  • Gender Perspective
  • Knowledge and Knowledge Communities
  • Innovation

Curriculum

The curriculum emphasizes exposure to diverse fields of human creativity—technology, art, science, and humanities—while focusing on developing creative and critical thinking through real-world and current events.

Students are encouraged to explore their cultural roots and embrace their heritage as a source of strength for their personal and social identity.

Unique programs at Inbar include:

  • “Homes” Program: Personalized mentoring and guidance.
  • Innovative MAKERS Program.
  • Annual Martial Arts Program.
  • Peer Teaching Program (Students Teaching Students).

Learning Environment

The learning environment encourages students to take on new challenges, push beyond their personal limits, and express their authentic voices in all areas of life.

Inbar fosters leadership roles for students in all fields, not just those traditionally aligned with gender norms.

Through an autonomous learning space and a curriculum that promotes interdisciplinary excellence, Inbar nurtures a generation of graduates who actively influence and shape various sectors of Israeli society.

Who is the Program For?

Inbar is designed for girls entering grades 7–9 who show an interest in personal development, social involvement, and possess a spark of leadership. These students should be ready to commit to a challenging academic program.
