Emotional therapy for adolescents
A safe, personal space for adolescents to step back, look inward, and make room for their thoughts and feelings. Therapy allows them to express themselves freely, understand their inner world, and build a sense of self-worth and confidence.
Dyadic parent–adolescent therapy
A therapeutic process involving both the parent and the adolescent, designed to strengthen their relationship and create an open, trusting, and respectful channel of communication. Gradually, through structured sessions, an opportunity evolves for a different kind of interaction based on listening, trust, and collaboration.
Parenting and family coaching
A shared space to work through everyday situations and to acquire practical tools. Family coaching observes family dynamics employing a broader perspective, bolsters parental authority, and improves the family atmosphere as a whole.
Youth groups
A space for teens to interact with their peers, experience a sense of belonging, and learn that they are not alone. A safe "social lab" where they can try, err, learn, and grow. The groups are formed based on specific needs, such as:
- Social skills
- Emotion regulation
- Self-esteem and confidence
- Stress
- Healthy sexuality
- Anger management
Parent coaching group
A shared space for parents of adolescents to learn, share, and support one another. Parents confront common challenges and receive practical tools, as well as validation and confidence in their parenting abilities.
Guidance for educational staff
Collaborative work with educational staff, based on the understanding that the link between the education system and the students' emotional world is significant and impactful. The process involves discussing complex situations and coming up with appropriate educational and emotional responses.
